Almond Rosa Cookies

1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups cake flour
4 sm. milk chocolate candy bars
1/4 cup finely chopped almonds

Cream butter and sugars until light; add beaten egg yolk and vanilla. Add flour; mix thoroughly. Spread thinly on two cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Melt chocolate; spread on warm baked cookies. Sprinkle chopped nuts over chocolate; cut in squares while warm.
